AK-13 Quadrate Ginseng Roasting and Softening Machine: 

The product with power of 600W and the voltage of 220V can quickly roast and soften the Panax, so it si suitable for the Chinese Herbal Drugstore, Panax-antler shop, herbal materials processing factory and roasting and softening the correlative machines. It is used with the slices.

Operation Direction of Panax-antler Slicer: 

1. Roast and soften the Panax medicines. 

2. Check the blade for shapeness.

3. Daub the cooking oil on the surface of knife plate.

4. Adjust the thickness of slicing.

5. Switch on the power and start.

6. Put the medicine into the needed notch, lightly press the medicine with a stopper and then slice (can directly adjust the thickness if necessary).

7. Switch off the power and clear away the dirt on the knife plate.

Notices: 

1. It is necessary to slice the glutinous medicine after dipping in water, such as the Gastonia tuber.

2. You should often clear away the dirt on the knife plate.

3. You should roast and soften the hard medicine, otherwise it is easy to have the fragment or not to slice off.

4. If the blade isn’t sharp, you should sharpen it at once. 

5. When you sharpen the blade, it isn’t necessary to sharpen the right side of blade. You should put it on the flat grinding stone to lightly sharpen if it’s necessary.

6. Switch on the safe earth wire.

Familiar Troubles and Settlement: 

1. Adjustment failure: A. Check the blade for locking the plate. If locking, you should dismantle the blade. B. Check the plate for being plugged up with sundries. If being plugged up, 

you should remove them. C. If the adjustment is still in failure, you can adjust the thickness to the most, and then to the least. If the plate cannot reset, you can lightly knock at the plate

 to up for resetting. You can do so for some times and then it on.

2. The motor doesn’t run or cannot run normally. 

A. Check the joint of plug and socket for loose contact. 

B. Check the fuse for being burned out (the fuse is fixed in the little drawer under the plughole of shell socket. If the fuse burns out, Prize up the drawer and replace the fuse. 

C. Check the belt for being too loose. If being too loose, you should tighten the belt or replace it. 

D. Check the capacitor on the motor for being burned out. E. Check the motor for being burned out.

3. Slice Grinder slices like other slicers. Direction of the equipped grinding mechanism is as follows: 

A. The high sugary medicine isn’t easy to grind (because it adheres to the griddle net for heating).

B. The grinded things shall be dry.

C. The material feeding shall be slow and even.

D. If the hopper bulges, you shall open the cover and clean up it.

E. If the material delivery is hard, you shall open the cover of grinding box and sharpen the grinding balde.

F. You shall clean up the grinding box and griddle net after grinding.
