BTW14/BTW28 can detect cellphones within the range of 200 meters in  Radius, and will  connect  the  cellphones automatically if their bluetooth are enabled.  It will prompt like "Receiving  message from XXX?"  If end users accept the prompt, the marketing device will send content;

 if end users reject the prompt, BTW14/BTW28 will not send again.   There are full reports to help you analyze the campaigns performance. 

BTW14/BTW28 supports sending multi-campaigns, scheduled campaigns,  sequence  campaigns, and support sending Lottery or prized information.

Moreover, BTW14/BTW28 works in a similar way to a hotel wifi hotspot. When the mobile users log on

to the wifi connection and refresh their browser, the wifi device immediately redirects the users to 

the advertising content website. You also can build a webpage and save into device, if the internet 

is not available, the end user will able to visit the local webpage directly.
