Detailed treatment:

Heat sealed sides reinforced with PE/PP rope through the hem .

Aluminium grommets at about 3inch spacing all-around the edges.

Four corners are reinforced by plastic black triangles.

Packing :

Each piece insert into one polybag with color label ,then proper pieces tarpaulin sheets packed into a carton box packing or same material bales packing .

Loading container:

tarpaulin rolls:packed on about 4cm inner diameter cardboard tube ,wraped by the same meterial tarpaulin fabric outside .20'GP can load about 18 tons .

ready made by carton: 20'GP load 9 tons,40'HQ load 22 tons .

ready made by bale:20'GP load 12 tons,40'HQ load 25 tons.
