Introduction:                                                                

The product is one of SMS new generation digital automated test equipment, which is able to simultaneously check 12 single-phase energy meters; consist of the program-controlled precision testing power source, precision standard power meter, error calculator, control computer etc; within the modules by the RS485 connection

Power supply: power amplifier adopts digital waveform synthesis technology, with the features of high efficiency and low distortion, and is able to guarantee high stability in a variety of output load . and together with the intelligent feedback from high precision measurement by the standard meter to ensure that the output amplitude and phase are with the same settings
Standard meter: the device is equiped with standard digital power meter whose accuracy class is up to 0.05; and since the device voltage, current, power, and other monitoring data are all derived from standard meter, the device has the equial accuracy level with it. Â
operation and Control: semi-automatic with keyboard operation to realize the inspection items of errors calibration, starting, creeping etc and Automatic with software/PC to realize the completely automatic operatons with a variety of tests, a number of test points and automatic data processing , auto record, greatly improve the verify efficiency.

6.Automatically capture black spots of mechanical and electromechanical meter, or the LED signal of electronic meter, automatically carry out start test and no-load test

7.The tested meters can be sampled with scanning head

8.Automatic short current circuit of the idle meter position, self-lock meter-hanging seat

9.(opitonal)Equipped with time testing apparatus and GPS clock time as the standard to do broadcasting test of multifunction meters, such as the daily error, basic frequency error, time error, time interval error and maximum demand will be tested. All functions can be achieved by special function keyboard and the computer. The seller shall supply the buyer with the communication protocol of the RS485 port for GPS clock
