7 ,   please understand that if you order 1000 pcs ,sometimes we make a little more or less, as 1100 pcs,or 950 pcs, you know this things is normal to factory runing if you ever works in a factory

payment term : 30% deposit, balance before shipping,

9 ,   WE normally use our own ship agent to export,use your agent, the trouble is your agent always find reason to charge and sometimes lose the goods ,for example I send them 100 carton,they lost some cartons,

10 , we can export by sea container ,by air plane shipping, by express, or send to your china friend or agent warehouse,  if you need by sea,tell me in advance if you need certification of origion and which kinds ,Form A or common CO,    if by express, better to tell us the quantity ,for express cost have a lot to do with the weights ,and as air plane ticket,the cost varies each month for oil cost.

if send goods to your agent warehouse ,we are not responsible for the lose of goods once sent goods to them , once upon a time, there ware customer agent lost our goods ,this affect the cooperation relationship,so if use your agent ,please find a RELIABLE AGENT, also ,we seldom help to export your other supplier goods,for their HS code are different and we are not professional at   exporting their goods.

11, our metal accessories no need custom inspection,but bamboo wooden handle product need,so the inland cost will be higher for we need to pay custom more.

12 , we can send free samples and book catalogues at your cost ,or by your DHL or TNT account .or send samples to your china supplier or friend or agent,they forward you

13 , our product are vast that our website only list the  small part  . our catalogue is of 130 M, if need catalogue digital pictures ,please give me your  public email address as hotmail,or gmail,  for if send to your company email,it will be take as trash

14 , our product have different quality class, even same size same shape product,the weight can be different ,the plating quality can be different, so ,it is better to tell me in advance which quality class you need,china best or medium quality,

15 , sometimes our description about color are different with you,so if possible ,it is better to show images or pictures of plating to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding and waste time, for example,there are kinds of gold plating  ,we can do most plating that china have,

16 , we are  5 hours way from ningbo or shanghai port,we normally quote our city  yiwu ,or EXW price by Pieces ,if FOB price,the total EXW valuse  add the inland fee,which is normally $ 300 ,then it is FOB cost  .sure CIF term is ok for us too,.
