A: spring specification such as wire diameter, OD., ID, number of coils and so on. If you have spring drawing or sample photo will be better. Then after evaluating, I'll suggest the machines and production speed to you.

3. What's the payment term? 

A: After you send the purchase order and pay 30% deposit, then we will start prepare machines. After about 14 days, machine is prepared, you have to pay the full payment then we will deliver the machines to our harbor.

4. How long does it take for my order to be delivered? 
A: Normally a month after recieved the payment.

5. What is the machines warrantee?

A: We provide one year warrantee for all machines. We also provide oversea machines maitenance service.
