Hoist elevator is used more and more commonly in the construction field. This large equipment is used outside of the construction building and there is safety risk. Compared with tower cranes, gantry, mast, material hoist, it needs more indoor operating controlling. Construction workers on different floors usually get help from person in hoist elevator by beating the steel pipe attached on the wall, which is not safe and lack of position accuracy. 

Now in order to manage the construction lift convenient and reasonably and to improve working efficiency, the iHomePager layer calling system is coming. This system is wireless, no need any label, easy installation, it has successfully solved the communication problem between construction workers and lift operator. It also sharply reduces the safe risk, and greatly improves the efficiency, which finally speed up the construction progress ideally.

This system uses zero electromagnetic interference wireless coding technology and it is  low radiation, low power, high receiving sensitivity. Its transmitting power is less than 10% of the phone, which could fully meet the communication requirements of lifts.

System Configuration

Transmitters in each floor

The transmitter could be fixed on a position where the construction worker can press it easily. When construction work in this floor need any service, he or she just press the transmitter, and the signal will be sent to the receiver on the hoist. The transmitter ID could be set as the floor number.

 Signal Receiver on the hoist

 The signal receiver could be fixed on the position of the hoist where the operator can read the information easily. When the receiver get signal from the transmitter, it will show the floor number with music or with voice alert. Once the operator hears the calling information, he or she see will drive the hoist to the floor where need service.

Installation & Using

1/ Receiver --- Put the wireless calling receiver (server) on the service desk and connect to the power. The walling calling receiver is hung up on the wall or ceiling where easy to read.

2/ Watch receiver --- waiter (or waitress) wears the wrist watch receiver which can vibration when receives signal from customer.

3/ Transmitting caller --- Put the caller on each table. The caller is powered by batteries. Also can stick the caller on the wall where the customer can get it easily.

4/ Repeater --- If the service place is too big to receive the signal, please add the repeater on the way transmitting.

5/ Programing --- The transmitting caller and receiving server are paired by learning code. End user can do it by themselves. The number of caller can be defined to the table number.

6/ Menu card --- Menu or advertisment can be put in the card.

Packing & Shipping Information  

Please allow us 2-4 business days to prepare your order and shipping after the payment is cleared. The package usually arrives to your door in about 7-10 days after shipping by Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service. However, sometimes it takes more days due to holidays, customs clearance or other reasons. DHL, EMS, FEDEX,UPS  door to door service are optinal for you.

Warranty Conditions                                                                                 

We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.
Before returning items, please make sure you get our return address, and write "gift"on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP

Attention on Battery 

The transmitters are with battery, the delivery time by air express may be a little longer, For example, and it may take around 10 days since payment. The Chinese post and Hong Kong post sometimes forbid shipping the product with battery. If so, we may have to remove the battery. Please confirm with us about the shipping details before departure.
