Please kindly do artwork in PDF, JPEG,AI,EPS format, CMYK color, at least 72dpi

If you want us to make design for you, please send us original images and words in document and describe your requirement in details. Design charge: USD15/pcs.

File Transfer:

If the file is small, you could send us by email.

If it’s big, you could send it on your own FTP or any file transferred website and advise us to download it.

Lead Time:

Sample: 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation and receiving sample charge

Bulk order: depends on your order quantity and our production arrangement 

Shipping Information:

Depends on demand, shipped by express, by air or by sea.

Returns:

All items must be returned in their original status and package within 10 days.

Only stand returning is acceptable- because image made accordingly and could not resell.

Buyer is in charge of all return fees.

Original shipping and handling cost would not be refunded.
