500 series VCO Filter Press

Contaminated filter cloth are causing many problems in the operation of a chamber filter press, like:

-long filtration times with moderate results high stream stress causes destruction of the filter cloth

-unplanned downtime of the equipment and even damage at the press construction caused by differential pressure

Finally each filtration with filter cloth in bad shape costs hard cash.

The use of an automatic filter cloth cleaning station solves these problems. The chamber filter press, using filter cloth in unchanging good shape, operates more efficiently with reduced stress for the operator. Besides reducing the labour cost the working conditions for the operators have improved considerably.
