Installation of Water Jacket Heater
1) clear out the cooling water.
2) select a suitable position on the base beam of the engine, use a bolt to stabilize the heater on the base beam. Keep the water outlet up.
3) Use a rubber pipe to connect the water inlet (horizontal interface) with the lower pipe of the water tank. Then connect the water outlet (vertical interface) and the upper water hole in the engine. Fasten the clamp on the rubber pipes to prevent water leak.
4) Open the back cover of the heater, connect the power line and earth line to the terminals respectively. Close the cover.

5) Check the arrangement and installation of the heater and pipes make sure all components are installed stably.
6) Fulfill the cooling water and start the engine (for about two minutes), this is to fully circulate the cooling water in the engine, thus to clear the air in the heater body. At he same time, check the entire set to make sure there is no water leaking. Connect the electricity of the heater when the engine stops. Now the heater should be in working mode.
