Summary
This agitated evaporator is an outside loop continuous concentrating device which is used for processing fruit-vegetable juice, medical soup and other fluid materials. This machine is working under vacuum and low temperature conditions. This machine has compact structures and is easy to operate and cleaned. This machine is made of all stainless steels which meet the requirements of GMP standard.
This machine consists of water ejector, stopping valve, heater, evaporator,operating platform, pump,water tank and other components.When the machine is operating, because it has vacuum condition inside the tank,raw materials are drawn into the tank. Due to the temperature difference caused by steam heating, raw materials is recycling in the system automatically. Inside the heater, there are 92 NS1200 pipes, 76 NS1000 pipes, 38 NS500 pipes with a diameter of 32 cm. Outside the machine there are safety valve, water valve and steam valve. On the evaporator there are temperature gauge, vacuum gauge, sight hole and steam releasing valve.
