BOPP Slitter Rewinder is used for slitting and rewinding various large rolling materials such as regular paper,cellophane paper, bill paper, double-face adhesive tape, PVC, Al ,foil,weave material, non-woven of cloth, BOPP,OPP,PET etc.

1. BOPP Slitter Rewinder is with PLC control and touch screen, working data can be preset and displayed on the control panel, working automatically.
2. BOPP Slitter Rewinder is with double frequency inverter motor control, one for material feeding, one for tension control.
3. BOPP Slitter Rewinder is with double frequency inverter for motor control, stable working and long lifespan.
4. BOPP Slitter Rewinder is with automatic meter counter for working length tracking, when reached the preset length, machine stop and alarm automatically.
5. BOPP Slitter Rewinder is with A and B pneumatic shaft structure for rewinding, easy for loading and unloading, and no overlap(rewinding rolls can be easily separated).
6. BOPP Slitter Rewinder is with 3 sets magnetic brake/clutch for unwind/rewind tension control.
7. 3 sets automatic tension control system are implanted in PLC, easy operation.
8. BOPP Slitter Rewinder is with photoelectric automatic error correction adjustment system for unwinding to keep accurate roll edge.
9. With edge trimming system for waste edge trimming.
10. With automatic pneumatic loading system with 3’’ air expanding shaft for jumbo roll loading, easy operation.
11. With automatic cut when meter reached the preset data.
