TLB series high pressure reciprocating pump can be used as the power source of  high pressure water, and it can be applied to small and 

large diameter pipeline cleaning, vessel cleaning, workpiece cleaning, derusting, also in powder metallurgy and other fields, it can be 

used to transport water, emulsion and other liquids whose chemical property is similar to water. 

Safety valve and throttle valve are installed at the fluid end of this product. They constitute a separate system which can regulate throttle 

valve to adapt to different capacity demands. The power end of the pump is in bearing driving style (between the crankshaft and the 

connecting rod). The splash lubrication is adopted for lubrication method, which can operate 24-hour continuously without cooling. 

All kinds of power sources can be provided according to customer demand.

Special tips: due to the large capacity of TLB water pump, the diameter of the nozzle must match the pump capacity and working pressure. 

If the nozzle is too small, lots of water will discharge through the overflow valve, which can cause the return pipe or even the pump jitter.
