Functions:

   Installed operation software and standard database in the machine computer, help you to check the injection pump and injector quickly , and control by the computer automatically .
  Testing of common rail pump including:

(1)     leak test

(2)     Efficiency test of plunger pump oil .Establishment of the rail pressure, stability and the size of the flow under various rotation speed .

(3)     Testing of oil absorption capacity of delivery pump ,supply pressure and supply flow under various rotation speed .

(4)     All kinds of pump type of fuel metering valve, output control oil valve of performance test (M-PROP/ZME, PCV, DRV)

(5)     Judgment and detection of camshaft Phase Sensor

Testing common rail injector include:

2 testing of injector solenoid valve performance

4 testing injector fuel injection quantity under each work condition
