  Equipped with rapid detection fuel injector pump and injector operating software and standard database ,and the computer automatic testing.

For common rail pump test including:

(1) sealing test

(2) various rotational speeds of the plunger pump efficiency of oil test.The condition of rail pressure builds, stability and flow size

(3) under different rotation speed self-priming pump oil absorption capacity, oil pressure and oil flow rate test

(4) Performance tests for various pump fuel metering valve, of output oil control valve (M-PROP/ZME, PCV, DRV)

(5) The discriminant and testing of the camshaft phase sensor

For injector testing include:

1 common rail injector flushing

2 detection of common rail injector solenoid valve performance
