1.  How to start your artwork design ?

  A:  Etindge will send the templates or die cut in ai or .pdf file,  you could fill your design on the die cut.and send back to Etindge,we will help you confrim the design is OK or not.

 2. How to transfer your videos to us? 

A:  upload my flare account.

3. How to deal with defective products

A:  Each one was inspected for 3 times.  If any defective , client send the photos or videos of defective products,  sometimes will send the defectives back at Client's freight cost;  Etindge replace it and send it to client at Etindge's freight cost.  or maybe we will send to client next order.

4.where can we use it?

A:  Such as  supermarket, exclusive agency, chain shops, large-scale sales, star-rated hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, pharmacy. large-scale shopping malls.
