Product Description
Amino Silicone Oil XF is a type of high-quality amino silicon oil, softness and slippy property of which are excellent and glossiness of which is high. The corresponding amino silicon oil microemulsion of beautiful appearance and stable property can be prepared efficiently and conveniently by applying it.

Amino Silicone Oil 200 kg
Emulsifier 100 kg
Glacial acetic acid 4 kg
Water 796 kg
Firstly, XF and emulsifer are successively added into a reaction kettle with an anchor paddle agitator. After agitation of 10 minutes, mixture consisting of 100 kg of water and 4 kg of glacial acetic acid is added slowly into the reaction kettle while stirring (within 40~50 min), then 696 kg of water is added slowly, you will get 1000 kg transparent and stable emulsion of 30% content.
