1.The Test of Governor

The structure of RED3 and RED4 are almost same. First open the cover of the governor, check if there is oil and dirty in it. Clean it if inside not clean, and move the line motor slider up and down to see if there is somewhere block.

Connect the RED4 governor with RED4 controller box, adjust the accelerator to check if the rack change is smooth and stable.

2.Pump Body Test

Mainly test if the plunger and the camshaft has somewhere wear. Change it if be worn.

3.Pump Fuel Amount Test

Set high-pressure pump on the pump test bench, connect the pump with RED4 controller; adjust the injection fuel amount according to each pump’s injection value; start the pump bench to see the injection fuel amount. If not match, then fix the pump as fix the mechanical pumps.
