Production process:

1.Automatic ingredient mixing:78-80% sawdust+20% wheat bran+1% edible gypsum+water.

2.Automatic bagging: making sure the weight of the shiitake log is no less than 3kgs.

3.High pressure sterilization: shorter time, maintain the nutrition of mushroom spawn bag,less damaged.

4.100 glass purification: to pure the inoculation environment, then using the ozone and ultraviolet rays to sterilize the environment again to provide a pollution-free environment for inoculation.

5.Mechanized Inoculation: less damage to the shiitake strains compared to manual inoculation.

6.Mechanized transferring: high efficiency,labor saving.

A: Yes, sure. We offer samples, but clients need to bear the express fee.

Q: What’s the yield of one mushroom log? How many times it grows?

A: 0.9kg-1kg for per spawn bag. Technically, it could grow 6 times during 6 month, but it depends on the environment and management.

Q: How do you transport the mushroom spawn?

A: We ship them with refrigerated container with the temperature of -5℃.

Q: I’m not familiar with importing, can I buy the mushroom spawn from you?

A: Yes, please don’t worry. We have been exporting goods to countries all over the world, we will assist you during the whole process, from shippment to custom clearance.
