1. The LR 2013 model vehicle disinfection channel is designed to quickly, effectively disinfect

transportation vehicle or people need go inside hygiene protection area, or go out from some contaminated area.

2. When the vehicle or people go through the channel, the infrared sensor will be activating, it will automatically start spraying for disinfection the target which go through the channel.

3. The units apply ULV spraying, it helps use less chemicals, shorten spraying time, save labor,

better and more effective disinfection.

4. The spraying angle, channel width are adjustable, can set the machine thoroughly spray all angle, all area of the target.

5. Simple installation, when ship machine, we will supply the detail installation video, installation,photo show customer in detail how to install the machine, make sure no problem for customer, the machine will be packing into 4 packing carton for transport to customer.

6. We only choose the best production material, such as stainless to produce the stand, pipeline, control box,

7. We only choose best anti-corrosive material such as all seals, gaskets in contact with chemicals solution are made of Teflon and Viton.

Control mode:

1. Can set manual or automatic control for set machine spraying, can set any required spraying time for disinfect the target.

2. Manual control: Manual choose set spray big or small vehicle.

3. Automatic control: Automatic choose spray big or small vehicle, when have vehicle pass, automatic start up spray.

4. The unit have been equipped with electric heating device, before use machine, the unit can warm up the chemicals, ensure it do not frozen in very cold winter, such as use in Russia, after use, the machine will automatically discharge all residual chemicals inside the machine and all mchemicals pipeline, make sure it does not freezing, so customer can convenient to use in next time.

5.  The unit can be customized production according to customer requirement: Such as choose different motor AC voltage, motor power, nozzle No., spraying direction, flow rate, chemicals tank capacity and other specification, etc.
