it’s apply to need more precise control exhaust product’s diameter size and the columns catheter size consistency of high precision medical pipe/tube production.
Features
precise extrusion machine adopts the German Siemens PLC automatic control system and LCD screening man-machine operation. Using hard tooth surface gear reducer, large torque, motor and reducing machine are direct connected, so that it can ensure you produce with energy-saving ,stable-operation ,no noise and durability.
Stainless steel water tank adopts S136 stainless steel welding molding ,special medical grade purification cycle system ,save water resources ,improve product cleanliness . Also our equipment is equipped with drying device ,the pipe is dry when it past water tank .
Haul-off adopts caterpillar drawing ,Mitsubishi inverter controller to ensure the machine work with high precision and high efficiency.
Microcomputer cutter adopts Germany Siemens PLC control system and LCD screening
man-machine operation , it can grantee the cutting precision and the cutting length can be set freely.
