Product Description
PP full automatic drink straw
production line
Drink straw making machine is mainly used for lollipop,drink straw and cotton stick, has a sound quality assurance system, and its energy-saving inverter techonlogy by the governor control line from the extruder,die and cooling equipment, traction cutting device. Pipe conveyor and other components, can be realized: monochrome out,multi-color extrusion and other configurations.
1,The special Extruder:
The main extruder's screw designed with a 50 mm diameter alloy screw, the screw length to diameter ratio is 28:1,it has good plasticizing effect and large amount of extrusion , and the extruder product plastic steadily. The electrical part adopts DELTA, It is energy saving and save electricity. The main motor adopts Jiang Sheng motor,It can provide a stable and lasting power.
Suitable material:PVC,ABS,PC,PS etc.

2,High precision mould:
The mould adopts the imported S136 thermal stability of extrusion mould special steel. We will deal with it for conditioning and polishing ,let it even wall thickness homogeneous and stable .
3,The tank cooling system:
The cooling water tank are all made of stainless steel, the Sink,front and back, up and down, left and right sides can be adjusted and locked.
4,The traction cutting device:
The traction cutting device of drink straw extrusion line has avariety of combinations for adaptingto different products of the production requirements, that greatly reduces the worker labor intensity.The able-board and protective cover ,all adopted stainless steel, are elegant appearance.And the cutting knife can make any custom,it can cut 90°/90 °, 90 °/ 45 , 60 °/90 ° , 45 °/ 45 °.
