This turbo hood can withstand 950 degree continuous high temperature exposure;1100 degree withstand 15s intermittent for protecting turbo in the car or heavy engine.
Fire retardant(fire A-class non combustible,national standard GB8624-2006,German standard DIN4102, A1).
Application
Turbo hood is used in high temperature environment to keep safety turbo running.Turbo hood was especially designed to prevent heat damage from initiating combustion to other components,as well as protect components around turbo engine,such as plastics and rubber hoses,electrical wiring.
The protective cover of turbo hood is able to withstand 950℃ without any damage of equipment surface.Besides resistant property,it can resist fire flame,electricity,corrosion and so on.Therefore,even exposed to extreme high temp,it still can protect your equipment,thin cables,etc.
