Cardboard cutting and creasing machine main functions:

1. Semi-automatic chain feeding rotary die cutter - compact in design, easy operate, fine die-cutting
2. Step-less speed changing (from 20 to 80 pcs/min) make a stable running
3. Light, electric, and gas combined control, to make carton at one cutting, safe and efficient
4. Transmission gears are made of high quality alloy steel with fine treatment. Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gears, reduce noise and prolong the service life
5. Pneumatic lifting device working synchronous with the feeding system (During the feeding operation the mould roller pressed and when the feeding stops the mould roller released to ensure the correct die-cutting of every paperboard) 
6. Mechanical drive anvil roller transverse moves within 40mm and installed with radial differential device to spread wear evenly and to improve the life of anvil roller
7. Speed difference compensation device adjusts roller speed automatically to guarantee perfect cut, unformed carton size .
8. Phase adjustment, with harmonic device and transducer control, dynamic and static 360 degree motorized adjustment, easy and quick, Box machine are made in good quality.
