9. Gimbal transmission,fission structure with unattached drive box,transmission more stable,close style gear transmission oiliness lubricated,prolong the use life of gear.
10. The upper corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller adopt pneumatic control.
11. The axletree of corrugated and pressure roller adopts high temperature resistant lube.
12. Adopt electomotion paste insulation set, the glue parts running separately while the main motor stopped,prevent paste from drying up.
13. Electromotion adjusted figure show the glue quantity or manual adjust the glue quantity.
14. The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48Cr Mo high quality alloy steel,after heat-treatmnt.The rigidity is HRC56-60,the surface are whetted and plating chrome. 
15. Corrugated Cardboard Production Line and carton packing machine are made in good quality.

1. - Glue applicator device can be electric ship out, easy for maintenance.
   - Top & Bottom corrugated rolls are unit assemblage, quick replacement.
   - High precision digital read out for the gap between glue roll and doctor roll, gap is electric adjusted, PLC auto adjusting is optional.
2. - Open-close of corrugated roll, pressure roll & glue applicator device are pneumatic.
   - Idle running motor for glue applicator roll to avoid glue dry.
   Made of CR-MO alloy steel No. 48, laser induction hardening & hard chrome plating, hardness is HRC58-62.
3. - Independent gear box, gimbal axis, oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise, keep running stable,.
4. - Glue width motorized dividing to match the paper width.
   - With pre-heater for steam spray device for medium paper.
   - With frequency converter to make stepless speed regulation, single facer corrugator machine, corrugated box making machine together  Single Facer corrugation machine .
