A. 1)What products does Lux Lighting provide?

1.2 )Do you accept OEM?
    Yes, this is our regular cooperation and business. We accept producing products under Clients' brands.

1.3)Do you accept third party inspection?
  We accept the buyer's request of inspection by third parties, such as SGS, B.V., COTECNA, etc. but the total charges related shall be on buyer’s account or Shared.

B.  Trade Terms:

2.1 How do you make a price offer and how long is its validity?
    A price offer is based on customer's particular order, agreed payment terms, and actual cost. Usually, the offer is valid for 30 days.
2.2 How can we get samples from you ?
    Samples are available. Normally we take 2-7 days to make a sample. If we have no business record with you before, we need to charge boot samples cost and post courier freight.
2.3 What if there is any quality or quantity discrepancy arises?
    In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyers within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.
    For quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyers within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.
    If there are discrepancy not specified in the contract, we should negotiate directly or resort to the arbitration or legal activities.
2.4 What payment terms do you accept?
     T/T,Western Union are available
    30% downpayment T/T in advance and 70% balance before shipment.;
    All by T/T before shipment, especially for the case that the total deal amount is small.
    some other payments are also welcome if the amount is very small, such as Western Union,Paypal,  etc.
2.5 Delivery and Transit Time:
    If the indent is given and for one full container load, the proper time for shipment of regular types of westrooper products is usually 10-20 days after receipt of L/C or T/T down payment.
2.6 How much is the cost for shipping?

2.7 What is the minimum order quantity for you LED Lighting products?
    Minimum order quantity depends on a particular product - usually 10pcs. In case of orders for a smaller quantity we charge additional fees.
    At the meantime, we also have several warehouses, each kind of regular products has 10 sets in stock. if you need a small quantity like several pieces for a try, it is also available for us to deliver you.
2.8 What happens in the event of lost packages?
    Although we offer Express and registered postings, we would suggest delivery by UPS or DHL In an effort to further your shopping experience with us, has decided to protect customers on any loss of packages sent to you via UPS or Registered Post. For registered postings, simply wait 3 months, so we can determine and confirm that the package has been lost, and we will reimburse you a full store credit up to the value of the product that you chose. For UPS deliveries, it may take 1 month to claim for reimbursements. We remain as always 100% dedicated to customer service.
2.9 What will happen if I give an incorrect shipping address?
    Please confirm your address before ordering! Your product will probably not get to its destination in time for the important occasion if you supply an incorrect address when ordering. Make sure that your address includes apartment or suite numbers if applicable. and the most important thing is to give us your phone nubmer If a package is returned to us because of an address problem, we will reship the package to you or a corrected recipient address. You will be charged the additional shipping fees.
2.10 What should I do if the goods received are damaged?
    All products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to its destination. In case of damage during shipment, please file your damage claims to the delivering carrier immediately, and notify us within 72 hours after your receipt of the damaged merchandise.

3.2 Are there only two kinds of working voltages(110v and 220v)? And can we use other working voltages?

3.3 What are the advantages of LEDs compared with conventional incandescent lights?
    There are several obvious advantages LEDs have over traditional incandescent light bulbs, they are as follows:

3.4 What do "cool white" and "warm white" mean, and what is CCT?
    The Color Correlated Temperature (CCT) is given in the description of each of our white led bulbs. The color (CCT) of our white bulbs ranges from a warm yellow white (2700K) to a cool blue white (7000K).
    By comparison, a typical incandescent bulb has a CCT of 2800K. A typical halogen is a bit higher, maybe 3500K. Daylight white is 4500K and a cool white fluorescent is 6000K or more.
    The human eye adapts to background light so that even a daylight white bulb will look slightly blue in a room illuminated mainly with incandescent bulbs. Similarly, an incandescent bulb will look very yellow or even orange in midday sunlight. 

3.5What’s the main advantages of LED?
 
  Efficiency: LEDs emit more light per watt than incandescent light bulbs.Their efficiency is not affected by shape and size, unlike fluorescent light bulbs or tubes.
Color: LEDs can emit light of an intended color without using any color filters as traditional lighting methods need. This is more efficient and can lower initial costs.
Size: LEDs can be very small (smaller than 2 mm2) and are easily populated onto printed circuit boards.
On/Off time: LEDs light up very quickly. A typical red indicator LED will achieve full brightness in under a microsecond.LEDs used in communications devices can have even faster response times.
Cycling: LEDs are ideal for uses subject to frequent on-off cycling, unlike fluorescent lamps that fail faster when cycled often, or HID lamps that require a long time before restarting.
Dimming: LEDs can very easily be dimmed either by pulse-width modulation or lowering the forward current.Cool light: In contrast to most light sources, LEDs radiate very little heat in the form of IR that can cause damage to sensitive objects or fabrics. Wasted energy is dispersed as heat through the base of the LED.
Slow failure: LEDs mostly fail by dimming over time, rather than the abrupt failure of incandescent bulbs.
Lifetime: LEDs can have a relatively long useful life. One report estimates 35,000 to 50,000 hours of useful life, though time to complete failure may be longer.Fluorescent tubes typically are rated at about 10,000 to 15,000 hours, depending partly on the conditions of use, and incandescent light bulbs at 1,000–2,000 hours.
Shock resistance: LEDs, being solid state components, are difficult to damage with external shock, unlike fluorescent and incandescent bulbs which are fragile.
Focus: The solid package of the LED can be designed to focus its light. Incandescent and fluorescent sources often require an external reflector to collect light and direct it in a usable manner.
