1. Description: This process line uses rice, corn, beans and all kind of grains as raw material. Through extruding, inflating, drying, crushing and mixing,, it could produce many kinds of nutrition powder, such as baby rice powder, sesame paste, beans powder and so on. This line could finish all the process automatically from the feeding to the end. It has features of easy operations without leak of powder dust, sanitation, saving energy and easy to add all kinds of raw materials and nutriment.

a. The Screw is made of durable hard alloy-38CrMoAl, with quite long using life.
b. Feeding Hopper uses Two grades mixing design which allows high feed speed and also avoid any block in raw materials.

d. SIEMENS(China) motors are used, ensure the excellent performance of machines. 
e. Cooper Pipes used for cooling cylinder, they are quite durable than plastic rubber pipes.
