This machine is mainly used in the vacuum-packed package of herb juice and food juice. The machine adopts artificial intelligence package system. It filtrates the herb juice, and then packages the juice in vacuum situation. In this way, the herb maintains its’ taste and hold for a long time.

1. It is convenient for installing and removing the small pockets and the thin film will not be rolled in the roll.

2. The size of packing bags can be changed from 95mm to 195mm.

3. It can print date.

4. The upper (vertical) rollers have netted design. The packing bags won’t leak the juice.

5. The upper and lower roller shaft can be adjusted to the appropriate packing according to thickness of bags.

6. There is a function of code adjustment.

7. Print date and adjust code according to customers’ demands.

Working principle

It adopts the exact dynamoelectric transmission and electric control system. The machine measures, immits and seals the juice according to procedures setup before. The process is completed continuously and automatically.
