Working principle:

GSHP type rotary rake type bar screen is main composed of driven device,rack,main axis,grid bar ,scum plate,rake tooth and driven chain; in the motor driven, after reduce speed by reducer, take chain wheel and chain motion, fix to the rotary chain, rake chain move to bottom after bar screen, after guide wheel turn over to bar front toward water level position, go on moving insert into mix bar space ascending, the intercept dirt in front bar lifting to water level, with chain move to slag outlet auto reverse, the dirt will auto discharge to conveyor or scum tank below bar screen, finish remove dirt process, liquid will flow by bar space, whole working procedure continuous proceed.

Installation and debugging instructions

 1). grille decontamination machine in hookon before installation should check the embedded steel location, size if it meets requirements, should guarantee;
A, grille Wells with two side should be vertical plane, well grille its perpendicularity tolerance weight may not exceed 20mm.

B, grille Wells should be parallel, both sides does not exceed the parallelism 20mm.
C, belt anchor foot two embedded steel plate should be and grille Wells plane surface flat top platform.

2). as the machine without making the depth, grille provide ditch decontamination machine into the groove, calibration Angle, the grille bearings after, based on the floor on side and grille ready, its frame welding installation Angle must comply with the design requirements, ensure the installation of an envisagement gear rake spent less

(the machine has added  oil, replaced once a year)

6). pack on safety cover, the switch on the power no-load running, there shall be no jitter, jam and abnormal noise, no-load experiment, then input load operation operation.

5 .Common breakdown and elimination method:

1) in normal operation appears in motor running gear surface not running rake.
Fault reason: overloading and cause overload safety pin was cut off.

Elimination method:
(1) will be replace overload safety cover safety pin;
(2) found out by overloading reason, main look to whether sundry stuck rake chain;
(3) if there is sundry stuck rake chain, remove sundry rear can boot;
(4) rake in the chain chain attrib wattle wear with, must be replaced chain plank.

Replacing steps:

(1) the two root with iron stick will rake tooth chain stuck.
(2) use card spring clamps will have to replace chain chain of batten harrow tooth kadar discharge reed.
(3) will be two root rake tooth pulled pin shaft chain to replace new chain, then put the pin shaft strips in turn the card inserted, reed mount.
(4) installed hole plate can overhaul.
Three, routine maintenance and maintenance
