Dissolved Air Flotation Separator

  The Dissolved Air Flotation-DAF Series systems are designed for removal of many types of contaminants via flotation. The DAF systems are designed with many features and options to provide engineers, system integrators and end users with convenience and flexibility in system integration choices. Customization & modifications are available.

By the compressor,the air will be sent into air tank.Then it will be taken in air dissolved tank by jet flow device.In the dissolved tank,the air will be liquefied under 0.35Mpa pressure.Then the liquefied are will be sent to air flotation tank.When released suddenly, the air will be dissolved out and turn into a microbubble group.The group will meet the flocculating suspension in the sewage which is sent by pump and already medicated.It will be absorded in the flocculated suspension while slowly rising up.Along with reduction of the suspension's density,the suspension will go up to the water surface.Finally,the SS and CODcr will be removed. 

• Dissolved air pump edge bibulous the edge is inspiratory, pump pressurized mix within, gas to liquid efficient dissolving, small bubbles than 30 um.
• Low voltage operation, the dissolved gas efficiency is as high as 99%, release rate as high as 99%.
• Tiny bubbles and suspended particles of efficient adsorption, improve the SS remove effect.
• Dissolved gas water dissolving efficiency 80-100%, than traditional dissolved gas floating high efficiency three times.
