PPS system lift sliding automatic car parking systems are warranted for 10 years on structural parts such as columns, platforms, carriages and so on, and 1 year for non-structural parts like power pack and electrical parts etc. The warranty is effective immediately from the date the invoice is issued. In the warranty period, Solid Parking shall replace those parts returned to the factory which prove to be defective. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, operated, used and maintained in accordance with the instructions from Solid Parking. Solid Parking reserves the rights to change the terms without further notice.

1, Q: What Quality Control does Solid parking use?

A: The Total Quality Management system is throughout the company. The final products the customers ordered will be inspected multiple times before packing. Customers can get detailed quality inspection from production to shipping including visual evidence.

2, Q: What's the warranty for Solid Parking products?

A: Some of Our products come with two-year warranty when our competitors only offer one year. We provide two-year warranty not only because we are confidence about our products but also we are welding to establish long term relationship with our customers instead of one-time deal.  

3, Q: What makes Solid parking solid?

A: We use National Standardized steel material for production when most of our competitors are using Local Standardized steels. The higher quality steel will increase the product structure strengthen 10%-15% at least.

4, Q: As a major part of production, how does solid parking ensure welding quality?

A: Most of our certificated welding workers come from railway industry, and are highly trained and experienced. The welding process adopt Flux Core Wire Welding technic when our competitors are just using the regular welding. It can significantly increase the quality of welding process.
