Product Description
Features:
compact sturcture;automated operation;bobbin loading and unloading are controlled by air.
Bobbin clamping and locking :shaftless type with clapming cones or screw locking type with a shaft.
Wire tension is controlled by a precision cylinder ;it can adjust rotate speed of the bobbin automatically,so it can achieve the requirements constant pay-off tension.

Bobbins loading and unloading : pneumatic type
Traverse : follow the wires on bobbins;

Transmission part : the main dive motor with speed reducer.
Machine frame: made of steel plate (Q235A) by welding, through annealing to eliminate
internal stress and then processed by precision milling machine.

2. Single-phase voltage ~230VAC (±10%)
