1). It is controlled by PLC and touch screen for manual control and auto control. The auto control can realize many auto works such as mould closing, air exhausting, temperature control, vulcanization timing, alarming and discharging load when mould opening etc; the touch screen will timely show the temperature of the heating platen at each heating zone.

Features:

1.Oil hydraulic control system: it has six 11kw power motors to make sure the pressure, the valve control the rate of flow and control the piston up and down.

2.Piston: is made of chilled cast iron, the surface added alloy, that makes it more hardness.

3.Hot plate: is made of alloy iron, used nickel-chrome resistance wire to heat the plate, the max working temperature between 300°C and 400°C.

4.Automatic exhaust system: in production, the air in rubber can't come out only once press, so it need press several times before vulcanizing.
