  The cap sterilizing machine and cap unscrambling machine are installed outside of the asepsis room. The bottle caps enter into cap sterilizing machine after unscrambled. They are washed by antisepsis liquid, asepsis water, and blowed dryer by asepsis gas. They are conveyed for capping through closed cap-dropping guide way.

Ø The empty caps adopt linear continue type sterilizing spraying method on conveyor, sterilizing guide way. The spraying mouth design ensure to spray sterilizing to every part inside of cap. Then, use asepsis water spraying and washing and asepsis compressed air blowing dryer for sterilizing empty caps.

Ø There is the device that prevent reverse-cap enter into capping distribute tray at filling and capping machine segment. The cap-dropping guide way can finish the function of wet cap dropping successfully.
