4. Roller are aligning cylindrical roller ball bearing (From Wafangdian) , totally 4 groups
5.Bearing body is made of casting iron (HT200),it is processed by the high temperature aging treatment to make it have high hardness ad accuracy . Totally 4 groups

Secondly : About Machine base and frame

1 . Machine base is made of H type steel , it is high temperature aging treatment and mechanical treatment .
2. Machine frame is made of cast iron (QT-500-7), it is high temperature aging treatment and machine mechanical treatment . It owns high hardness and high accuracy . Totally 2 groups

Thirdly :Gearbox , totally one set 

Gearbox is ZSY hardened teeth gearbox

Fourth : Gap adjustment device

1: Adjustment range is 0.2-15 mm
