1. Main frame uses casting steel. Piston adopts chilled cast iron, with surface hardness HR-70.

2. With large clamping force, high open & close speed, and high production efficiency.  

3. Its structure is simple and application is wide. It is easy to be operated.

1.Upper base , movable plate, oil cylinder are made of highquality steel (EG35), assure by heat treatment, flaw detection. 

2.The machine's rigidity is stronger 15% than welding plate structure.  Long use no deformation.

3.Hydraulic system is adopt logical formula circuit, There's no oil seal in the circuit, no abrasion ,no  leak.

4.It is adopt PLC control and text display, function display clearly , data changed convenient.

5.The piston of cylinder is adopt alloy cast steel , super hard and wear resistant
