    A:  The MOQ is 200pcs, but small quantity is ok if the stock is available.

2. Q: Can you send a sample to us?     

    A:  Yes, but sample charge is double based on MOQ price and refundable after placing MOQ order, sample delivery time is 7-10days upon payment.

3. Q: Can you customize according to customer’s design?     

A:  Yes, we can create new mold according to customer’s 3D or CAD file.

4. Q: Have you got the ISO Quality Management System Certificate?     

    A:  Yes, we We are applying ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System

5. Q: What's your products quality standard?       

    A: All our products have got the national center for leather test report.

6. Q: Could you please add logo on the cases and what time for each?    

    A: Yes, logo method can do laser (2-3 day), printing 2-3 days) and emboss (20 days). Just send us the 

logo file!!!

7. Q: Can we use our packing options?        

    A: Yes, you can, OEM packing is available. 

8. Q: What color do you have ?

    A: We can anodize any color.

9. Q: What is your payment term?

    A: TT 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

10. Q: Are your aluminum case light and hard enough?

      A: Yes, of course. Our case thickness is only 1.0mm, but hard degree up to 12-15, bearing weights 60-70kgs is no problem.

11. Q: Is your lining die cut and customize ?

      A: yes, all of case lining can make customize die cutting.
