Epson original and brand new DX5 DX7 print head

With 8x180 nozzles, the locked and unlocked are all available.

Characteristics:

1. Compatible for eco solvent inkjet printers with DX5 DX7.

4. The voltage of the printhead, temperature is automatically adjustable, prevents blockage caused by the change of temperature.

5. Edge feather function can blur the pass line and feather the pass edge.

Maintain:

1. Always keep the carriage staying at the home with printer powered on if stopping printing for a short period and keep the carriage capped by capping tray while powering off ( capping only protects the heads for 24 hours)

2. If the printer is not to be used for a long period (more than 3 days), the print heads should be dismantled from the carriage and cleaning manually by using a syringe and cleaning solution, solution remained in the printhead should be cleared out completely, then wrap it well with a foodwrapping film and store safely.

3. If the printer is not to be used for a period between 1-3 days, clean the print heads by one-key cleaning function, and move tocapping station to cap them with the capping tray.

4. When the printing quality is obviously dropping down and can’t be improved by any other means, you should clean the print heads.

5. Maintain print heads regularly.
