Method of using: We can mix evenly this masterbatch with raw materials of plastic affected with damp directly, as for we can carry out the product making in processing, such as for it to be used in mold blowing in production, which addition ratio is of 1-2%; As for it to be used in the production of sheet and plastic injection, the addition ratio is of 2-5%; the exact adding proportion should be decided by user according to the condition of plastic affected with damp.

3. Application scope: it can be widely used in membrane products, sheet products and plastic injection products, etc. Test projects for technical index: appearance of the index should be granular, with good plasticizing, and its density is of 1.5 + 1.5 (%) .

4. Notes:

1. Before using this masterbatch it should be avoided of being affected with damp;

2. When using it, we would better add in the ingredients and use it at the same time;

3. It shall not be heating for drying together with plastic affected with damp, in order to not make products of poor quality during processing;

4. Before open the packaging , we should check whether the packing is in good condition or not, and make packaging of the masterbatch not used up with sealing by heating as soon as possible;

5. Storage conditions: It can be saved in the overall ventilation, cool and dry and clean place; Do not allow the masterbatch exposure to outside for its storage, and avoid its exposure to sunshine directly or dropping in the rain.

6. Packaging products: Its outer packing can use composite bag made of paper or plastic, and its inner packaging should be made of the plastic and in vacuum, net weight of each bag is of 25 kg, and the inner packing can be divided into five small bags, and each small bag of 5 kg.

7. Shelf life: It will be expired by half a year since the delivery date of the product.
