3. Crude Rice Bran Oil Refining Workshop
crude oil---1.phosphoric acid degumming ,washing,drying---2.dewaxing---3.first time decolorization---4.AB twin towers physical deacidification--- 5.alkali refining---6.second time decolorization---7.eacidification,deodorization---8.derosination ---finished product(8section).
Producing grade-1 and grade-2 oil use physical-chemistry 1-8 sections.The grade-3 and grade-4 oil only need full-physical 1--4 section.
