Workers load eggs onto the egg cleaning machine manually
Egg loading belt will convey eggs into the egg cleaning part
Well-cleaned eggs will be dried by the egg drying part
Egg oil spraying equipment will spray food-grade mineral oil onto eggshell
Workers collect eggs from the egg collecting belt into egg trays manually

Eggs will be printed after washing. During printing procedure the position where code is printed is in the middle of the eggs (between the bigger head and the smaller head), to print company name, brand name, production date, expiration date, batch number etc.

Drying
Water on the eggs will be swiped off by the second part brush, and at same time eggs will be dried by strong heated wind generated by drying fan.
