High Efficiency CRT Cutting machine for waste TV/computer recycling
Ming-Xin CRT Monitor cutting machine is a mechanical cutting principle,automatic identification of CRT tubes of varying sizes, automatic cutting at its edges,can separate screen glass and glass cone effectively. The main feature is the cutting speed , stable performance , automatic cutting process high degree of safety and reliability with a speed control device to control the cutting speed according to demand, with automatic dust removal device , comply with environmental requirements.
It’s mainly processed Size: 14 "to 50" TV waste, waste computer. (Excluding a liquid crystal display (LCD) , the processing time is about 30 seconds /pc.

The biggest size of CRT monitor that can be cut is 14- 40 inch.
After removing steel belt/explosion-proof belt, operator places the CRT on the cutting table making the CRT center just
Facing the vacuum adsorption device, then start vaccum adsorption device to fasten the CRT, at the same time infrare
Is automatically open shooting to the CRT as a reference line for cutting, after that the operator will press height adjust
Button to slightly move up/down the CRT according to the infrared reference line. After all these done, start cutting.
Process by press a button, a cutting wheel cuts the CRT as per the infrared line, 25 secondes later, funnel and panel are separated.
