Jiangxi Mingxin developed wet and dry type cable wire recycling equipment dual use copper-rice machine to solve the above problems, the first dry separation and then by wet separation, the larger copper particles selected automatically by dry separation, the hair copper wire is automatically selected by wet separation, the recovered higher quality copper ( price than the water-separation higher about 200USD~300USD), but also to achieve a better recovery rate (over 99%), the entire process automatically, you can use less labor to achieve higher production.

The system applies for all types of cables, such as: communication cable, flower wire , fire lines , bus lines , single-branch , multi-branch, wool silk lines ,  miscellaneous cables, automotive cables, with high recovery rate, easy operation and auto control system. Typical system can process 500 kg cables per hour, and its capacity can be adjusted accordingly to the output device configuration to meet higher demand.
The process is from dry separating to wet separating. Larger particles of copper are automatically processed through dry separating, thin copper wire is automatically through wet separating. Copper recovery rate can reach 99.9%.  Automatical system is also available to achieve less labor cost.
