3,Equipment installation 

There are no needs to install the foundation and feet screws for this equipment, just put it on the floor that conform the floor is flat ground should be okay. And make connecting with the main machine, conveying station and hydraulic station together.

4.Production operation

1,before the machine starting must be checking whether normal voltage 380 V power, make sure the hydraulic oil(46 # or 68 #)fully inside the oil tank(capacity for the oil tank: 200liter); When the hydraulic oil is not enough within the machine; in this situation, the pump will take air inside the oil tubing and oil cylinder cause the operating voice become bigger than before, also reducing the pressure by the machine; solution: make sure there are fully enough hydraulic oil within the oil tank(200liter).

2,switch on power and control box and checkup the power indicator light( the indicator light is red color), press start button to confirm the correct direction of the oil pump and the motor steering whether according to oil pump rotation; Also listening the operating voice whether normal operation; in some situation which the oil pump rotation has wrong direction that hydraulic cylinder cannot work; solution: worker may exchange the connection of the three-phase power which within the control box, and restart the machine again should be okay;

This equipment has manual and automatic operation mode; (1)When workers selecting the manual mode, just switch on the manual button for manual mode (the No. 2 yellow indicator light which may turns on), then the operator may control from three different button to make the machine working; there are forward button, stop button and come back button;  at this time the hydraulic cylinder will following the three different instruction to do the action.
