Manufacture method: Hydraulic cold drawn, hydraulic cold drawn+cold rolled

Delivery condition: BK(+C). BKW(+LC),BKS(+SR),GBK(+A), NBK(+N).

Internal surface treating: honed, skived&roller burnished

Size range: 60mm*50mm-325mm*250mm

OD tolerance: as per DIN2391-1 or EN10305-1

ID tolerance: H7,H8,H9,H10

W.T tolerance(Eccentricity): +/-5%

Roughness of internal surface: 0.25um max for skived&roller burnished tubes, 0.35um max for honed tubes.

Packing: in bundles tied with steel strips. Oil coating. End plastic caps. 

Shipping: effected by containers on FCL basis.
