1. Warranty time: The start time from the printer arrive to customer’s working place ,

 the printer accessories parts warranty is 12 month (but the print head, ink supply pump, uv light and filter was not in warranty range). 
2. Warranty range: All parts of the uv flatbed printer except print head, ink supply pump, uv light & ink filter.
