  Shenzhen JZF Precision Co., Ltd is the exporter for die-casting, stamping, machining, injection molding to USA & Europe markets with 10 years of experience in OEM and ODM basis.

  Samples / prototypes/small quantity are developed using CAD and SolidWorks, with precision CNC machining before make a mould. Sample lead-time will be only need 2~4days, depending on its structure.

  Customers' specifications and drawings are strictly observed with the resulting items conforming to their exact standards.

Automatic Lathe Worshop

 JZF has 50sets automatic lathe machines, which mainly produce large scale of nuts, pins and washers. Using kinds of material such as brass, lead-free copper, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, stainless steel, etc.

Injection Molding Workshop

  The company focuses on R&D, design, production and sale of precision moulds and precision structural components in the field of mobile terminal equipment, smart hardware device, industrial manufacturing, auto accessories, medical equipment, commercial electronics, etc.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A: We are factory.

Q: How long is your production time?

A: Generally it is 3-8 days if the structure and the technical requirements for the products are not too complicated.

Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?

A: Yes, we could offer samples, hand samples will be made by CNC maching, but cannot be free; T0/T1 samples(made by moulding) will be free.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

1): Payment amount less than 1500USD, 100% in advance. 

2): Payment above on 1500USD, 50% T/T in advance, the 50% balance paid before shippment.

3): For the mould,  40% T/T in advance, 30% paid while the T0 samples are produced; the 30% balance will be paid before shipment.
