Flow process of whole tire cutting machine:

Waste tire---Tire debeader---whole tire cutter---Tire shredder--Rubber crushing

First step: tire de beader--draw out the wire steel from the tire bead

The whole tire cutter: to cut the waste tires into blocks.

The whole tire shredder: to cut the waste tires or the rubber blocks into small pieces in 50 x 50mm or 60 x 60mm.

Blades on the tire shredder: blades are all made by alloy 42CrMo, life long maintenance.

Rubber crusher is used to grind the chunks into smaller mesh powder through the vibrating screen as your demands.

Magnetic separator: to separate the steel wires from the rubber powder. 

Vibrating screens: to separate fine rubber powder from bigger sizes.

Final products--Rubber powder:

Application: the rubber powder can be used to make rubber tiles, waterproof material, and other rubber products.
