The RGB-05DG1 is a RGB combined dot laser module sub-assembly with collimated beam and TEC temperature control.

The maximum laser output power is 9mW at 450nm, 520nm and 638nm (445nm 3mw, 520nm 3mw, 635nm 3mw) with divergence <1.0mrad and beam size <1mm at 1m.
