I'd like to let you know How we control our quality.

1.LEDS will be tested by high accurate color testing machine, and each leds color XY coordinate will be well recorded, 
   and each customer has its own record and all his future orders will use that same XY coordinate which keep same color consistency. 

2.All driver will be fully test with 4 steps. (parts test, half assembly test, fully assembly test, on led lights burning test),
   The capacitors and the SMT process and also all components will be well tested.

3.Heat sink test and check. Each heat sink parts will be full view check and if there is scratch or any flaws, 
   we will not use them and make sure all heat sink are best furnished and best quality. 

4. 24-48 hours burn-in test.Our faulty ratio on site is below 0.003. 

5. 7 steps tests during the produce. 

6. 3 steps tests during package. 

7. Following SAA,UL, ETL, CE, RoHS standards to produce LED lighting.
